This role is pivotal in overseeing the maintenance division at Idaho Pacific Holdings, ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance functions. The Maintenance Manager will engage directly in the upkeep, repair, and replacement of machinery and equipment across the production landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance workforce.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Oversee maintenance operations and manage the capital expenditure budget.
- Compile and maintain necessary documentation and reports.
- Facilitate monthly safety briefings for the maintenance crew.
- Participate in management and HACCP meetings.
The facility operates continuously, necessitating the Maintenance Manager's availability for urgent maintenance concerns outside of regular hours, whether through phone, text, or in-person assistance.
Required Qualifications:- Certification as an Industrial Electrician.
- Experience with instrumentation and PLC systems is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong communication, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in using computers and maintenance management software.
- Capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
