Job Title: Law Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Law Practice Manager to join our team at the University of Ottawa. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our law practice, ensuring that all aspects of the practice are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial statements and cash flow of the law practice
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with Law Society requirements and regulations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the law practice
  • Manage human resources, including recruitment and training of staff
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in law practice management, with experience in managing a law firm or practice. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
