Business Development Manager - Heavy Trailers

Brandt is seeking a Business Development Manager - Heavy Trailers to be located in a major Canadian or US city.

The Business Development Manager will focus on growing sales of Heavy Haul Trailers to key accounts in Canada and the USA. This role involves managing all trailer sales activities with assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at large accounts
  • Create account strategies for each customer
  • Identify opportunities for equipment proposals and ensure Brandt secures them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close sales
  • Create and deliver presentations to customers
  • Prepare customer reports and provide feedback on opportunities
  • Assist with accounts receivable collection
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Negotiate competitive pricing with equipment suppliers
  • Plan inventory for large deals
  • Other assigned duties

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in trucks and/or trailers
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
