Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College and/or University degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Preferred Skills: Previous experience in the plumbing and building products industry, knowledge of Trend and Eclipse software.
