LRO Staffing is seeking a skilled and bilingual individual to fulfill the position of Operations and Labour Relations Manager. This role is pivotal in steering essential management activities to align with the organization's objectives under the leadership of the National President. The ideal candidate will foster a cooperative team environment and will be accountable for:
- Leading and nurturing internal teams
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements and agreements
- Providing guidance on labor regulations and policies
- Collaborating with executive leadership
- Overseeing financial management in accordance with organizational objectives
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
- Proficient bilingualism in English and French
- A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in public administration or labor law
- Experience in representing during grievance processes or administrative hearings
- Background in advocacy, community organizing, or labor education is advantageous
