Hotel Operations Supervisor

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel environment. This position involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective management and coordination.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This role is set within a dynamic hospitality environment, specifically in hotels, motels, or resorts.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the same duties as the team members being supervised.
- Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among staff members.
- Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, organizing repairs as necessary to maintain operational continuity and service quality.
- Order necessary materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
- Must exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.

- Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- This is a permanent position.
