The Chain of Lakes Motel is seeking a dedicated **Motel Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP is preferred.
- Located in a dynamic **hotel, motel, and resort** setting.
- Supervise and perform the same tasks as the team members you oversee.
- Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay.
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff members.
- Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and organize repairs as necessary to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
- Order materials and supplies to support daily operations.
- Oversee a team of **3-4 individuals**.
- Minimum of **1 to less than 7 months** of relevant experience.
- Type of Employment: **Permanent**
- Language of Work: **English**
- Working Hours: **35 to 40 hours per week**
