The Chain of Lakes Motel is seeking a dedicated **Motel Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role involves managing a team and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College or CEGEP is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
This position is set within a **hotel, motel, or resort** environment, providing a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and perform the same duties as the staff you oversee.
- Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
- Recruit and train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
- Order materials and supplies to support operational needs.
Oversee a team of **3-4 individuals** to ensure efficient operations.
