You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
Coordinate and Assign WorkYou will be responsible for coordinating and assigning work to your team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain OperationsYou will be responsible for maintaining the operation of our motel, including the maintenance of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
Requisition MaterialsYou will be responsible for requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements- Education
A college or CEGEP education is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 month of experience in a supervisory role is required.
Work SettingYou will be working in a hotel, motel, or resort environment.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication.
