  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on various operational aspects.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Sales Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and manage their performance.
  • Problem Resolution: Tackle any issues that arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
  • Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the activities of kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain an organized inventory system.

Work Environment

Qualifications
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Certification: A Safe Food Handling certificate is mandatory.
