Position Overview

The role of the Food Services Supervisor at TANGO NUEVO LTD involves overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This position is crucial in ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Equivalent experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Experience and Work Conditions
  • Willingness to train new staff members.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work language: English.
  • Work hours: 32 to 44 hours per week.
