Senior Technology Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Situate Business Solutions Inc. as a strategic leader who can drive technological innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our mission and vision.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions that promote growth and development.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Management Experience: Proven experience in management, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business results.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
