THE OPPORTUNITYThe Senior Director of Technology Integration will report to a senior executive and serve as the intermediary between internal business units and technology transformation teams, ensuring that technology aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization.
You will manage essential business relationships, identify and prioritize solutions, foster innovation, and position the technology team as a vital partner in the business, facilitating project implementation.

This role is crucial in synchronizing technology strategies with business goals and enhancing efficiency through comprehensive reporting and analytics while ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems.

You will employ data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools to create and execute IT programs. You will be accountable for re-engineering processes and making them operational. Build and sustain robust relationships between technology teams and internal business units, comprehending their needs and priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering strategic guidance on technology solutions and capabilities to ensure maximum return on investment.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.Align technology strategies with the overarching business objectives of each unit and develop transformation roadmaps to facilitate the execution of the technology strategy.
Coordinate activities across technology teams as necessary to deliver seamless service to the business and serve as the primary liaison across all functional areas, including business units, technology, and external vendors.
Assist in prioritizing technology projects and ensure the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology expenditures and initiatives.
Participate in budgeting and planning processes.Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.
Champion the adoption of emerging technologies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Serve as the operational technology subject matter expert (application maintenance, user support, project support, knowledge sharing, etc.). Ensure effective operations systems project delivery.
Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Collaborate with technology teams and business units to address system issues and optimize performance.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred. A Master's Degree would be an asset.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a large, complex technology-based organization, with expertise in operations and enterprise systems.
Minimum of 8 years of people leadership and team management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and MS Project is ideal.
