Job Title: Director of Technology Enablement
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Technology Enablement to join our team at ProFound Talent Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technology enablement function, driving innovation and transformation across the organization, and ensuring seamless technology integration with business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with and advance business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between technology teams and internal business units, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing strategic guidance on technology solutions and capabilities, and ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Align technology strategies with the broader business goals of each unit and create transformation roadmaps to facilitate the execution of the technology strategy.
- Coordinate activities across technology teams as needed to provide seamless service to the business and as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, technology, and outside vendors.
- Assist in prioritizing technology projects and ensure the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives.
- Participate in budgeting and planning processes.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Participate in field research in pursuit of new solutions and evaluate the applicability of and effectiveness of current solutions.
- Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive reporting systems.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights that support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to ensure requirements are being met and implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of reports and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of front-line systems.
- Ensure effective operations systems project delivery.
- Collaborate with technology teams and business units to address system issues and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years+ of experience in a large, complex technology-based organization, with expertise in operations and enterprise systems.
- Minimum 8 years of people leadership and team management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and MS Project is ideal.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred. Master's Degree would be an asset.
Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the successful candidate will spend 3 days/week in the office.
