We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at IPEX Group of Companies. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and professional image of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Work in a fast-paced corporate office environment with frequent interruptions.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks as needed.
