Receptionist Part-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at IPEX. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our visitors and clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of visitor logs and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with creating and receiving purchase orders and following up with accounts payable as needed.
- Perform general office duties in the reception area, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Collaborate with the administrative assistant to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Professional phone manner and ability to work independently.
- Good team player with the ability to exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with a wide variety of people and positions.
Working Conditions:
- Work indoors in a corporate office environment with long periods of sitting.
- May be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels on occasion.
- Employee may be required to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs, muscular action, body movements, working positions, posture changes, and visual attentiveness.
