Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Markham Woodbine Dental.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Patient Care: Provide basic information to clients, obtain and process information required to provide customer service, and record and relay information as needed.
- Scheduling and Billing: Schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and calculate billing charges accurately.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic medical records, word processing software, and electronic mail to maintain efficient operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical reception or equivalent role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin and Cantonese being an asset.
