Dental Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our team at Markham Woodbine Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the flow of patients, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Patient Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients, respond to their inquiries, and address any concerns they may have.
- Administrative Tasks: Process patient records, handle billing and insurance claims, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical or dental reception role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin and Cantonese being an asset.
