Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Markham Woodbine Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Patients: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate area, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
- Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a medical or dental reception role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin and Cantonese being an asset.
