As a Key Holder/Floor Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enriching the customer experience while growing your experience with a well-known Canadian retailer.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in their decor choices, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, maintaining a well-organized store environment
  • Ensure the performance of the store, meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in Customer Service Leadership, with a focus on team development and growth
  • A passion for interior decor and merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and design
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
