Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Staff Management: Oversee team members, delegate tasks, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Training and Development: Recruit, onboard, and facilitate training sessions for new hires.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage merchandise orders effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Cash Management: Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Supervision:
  • Responsible for supervising 1 to 2 team members.
