About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mahalakshmi Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Merchandise Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is displayed in a way that maximizes sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
