Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, the Production Supervisor is a vital part of our manufacturing operations. You will serve as a mentor on the production floor, providing leadership and support to your team members. Leading by example, you will inspire your team to achieve outstanding results. Your commitment to safety will foster a culture where safety is prioritized. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong inclination for continuous improvement. Your collaborative approach will create an open forum for innovative ideas.

As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Championing our organizational culture and guiding your operations team in fostering a positive and productive atmosphere that aligns with our Leadership Values. Collaborating closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets. Participating in on-site audits for Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Human Resources compliance. Addressing employee concerns through counseling sessions, investigations, or grievance meetings as necessary. Actively engaging in daily team meetings. Working with cross-functional teams such as Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Reliability, Sanitation, Materials, Finance, and Human Resources. Promoting positive employee relations by treating all staff with respect, addressing their concerns, and providing timely feedback. Leading safety discussions and task observations to drive continuous improvement. Handling administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and shift reporting.

What You'll Bring:

Post-secondary education. Several years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities. Progressive leadership qualities. Team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
