About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Srikrishiv Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Ensure that all sales floor activities are conducted in a manner that is consistent with company standards and policies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
    • Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to management on how to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced retail environment
    • Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations
