As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading a dynamic furniture and home décor retail environment. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will foster a positive workplace culture and deliver exceptional service to our clientele.

Our retail locations operate seven days a week, so we seek candidates who can commit to 30-40 hours weekly, with availability for various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in making informed décor selectionsManage store opening, preparation, and closing proceduresProvide training and mentorship to team membersSupport operational tasks related to inventory and merchandisingOversee store performance metricsUphold visual presentation and cleanliness standards within the store

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail salesProven leadership in customer serviceA strong enthusiasm for interior design and merchandisingWillingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shiftsCapability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
