Job Summary

The Client Partner, Respectful Workplace is a key member of the Fraser Health team, responsible for supporting managers and leaders in their investigation and resolution of respectful workplace complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and resources to leaders and clients on respectful workplace investigations and dispute resolution processes.
  • Draft correspondence, strategize employer positions, and prepare for meetings with employees, union representatives, and legal counsel.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop a consultative approach to mutual problem-solving.
  • Identify management education needs and assist in developing related educational programs.
  • Maintain records and analyze data to inform recommendations to leaders and Human Resource staff.
  • Partner with leaders and client partners to increase accountability and understanding of the leadership role in supporting a respectful workplace.
  • Remain current in human rights, employment, and related legislation to ensure Respectful Workplace services are current and compliant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Human Resource Management or Business.
  • Five years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Desirable: Mediation Skills 1, Conflict Coaching Level 1 courses, and Associate Certificate in Workplace Conflict.
