We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Partner, Violence Prevention. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of our Violence Prevention program.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and education programs related to violence prevention.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to departments in addressing aggressive behavior and developing strategies to prevent violence.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for staff on violence prevention and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with department managers, supervisors, and staff to identify and address violence-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reporting and audit systems to monitor the effectiveness of the Violence Prevention program.
- Present results and recommendations to the Fraser Health Regional Violence Prevention Committee.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a professional designation in occupational health and safety.
- Three to five years of experience in a large complex organization with a focus on violence prevention.
- Valid BC Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
