Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at County Style Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and make recommendations for inventory control.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food order summaries for our chef, and assist with food preparation as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a food service or restaurant environment is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
