Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards and are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to management.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance and support to staff members
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
