HR Coordinator

Job Summary
Paper Excellence is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources Department in various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Data Management
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records, including organization charts, postings, leaves, accommodations, and discipline records.
- Update employee information stored in the Archive Room and the UKG system as changes occur.
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Assist in recruiting employees by preparing job postings, offers of employment, and hiring documents.
- Provide orientation for new hires and assist with the new employee indoctrination program.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer the base salary program for salaried employees, including completion and analysis of salary surveys.
- Manage and administer Human Resources Department Website (internal and external).
- Employee Relations
- Provide employee benefits services that meet the needs of employees.
- Facilitate problem-solving of employee concerns and manage employee information.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
