Position Summary:
We are seeking an Intermediate Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of projects with a focus on efficiency and quality. This role involves:
  • Managing daily operations during the construction phase to ensure optimal performance.
  • Developing and monitoring construction schedules utilizing an earned value approach.
  • Preparing and negotiating contracts while overseeing project budgets and subcontractor management.
  • Facilitating communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to foster strong relationships.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent trade experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within heavy industrial settings.
  • Proven experience in subcontractor management and contract documentation.
  • Familiarity with heavy industrial projects, particularly in Process Piping within the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Proficient in software tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
