Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Account Management: Manage customer accounts from all aspects, including quoting, booking, and closing orders.
- Logistics Operations: Ensure the highest level of customer experience by managing logistics operations, including customs and shipping paperwork, and ensuring compliance with customer volume expectations.
- Margin Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve margins through various methods, including optimizing logistics operations and negotiating with carriers.
- Communication: Respond quickly to customer requests, provide timely updates on delivery status, and ensure that all audit requirements are completed and scanned in our TMS system.
- Relationship Building: Grow and maintain existing and new carrier or customer relationships, ensuring that all information is properly communicated to all peers to ensure coverage is always present.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as required to support the success of our operations team.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including TMS and RMIS.
