Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Techtonics Architect and Interior Service Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supervision and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
