We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2322819 ONTARIO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
