About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Dr. Christopher Sims Dentistry Professional Corp. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
    • Process patient registrations and updates
    • Handle patient inquiries and concerns
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to dentists and staff
    • Prepare and maintain patient records and files
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Communication
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
    • Communicate with patients and staff via email and in-person
  • Other Duties
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a medical or administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Work Environment

Our dental practice is located in an urban area and is easily accessible by public transportation. We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
