TempX Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and staff members to their destinations, providing clear and concise information as needed.
- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions and resolving issues as needed.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and logs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
