We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at TempX Staffing. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and candidates, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
