Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Christopher Sims Dentistry Professional Corp. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, manage patient flow, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Technology and Software: Proficiently use MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage patient data, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Private sector, urban area, health care institution, facility, or clinic.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
