ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a high level of awareness on the dining floor and perform cleaning duties as necessary
  • Ensure proper setup of the bread and coffee stations
  • Pre-portion condiments and keep fridges stocked with essentials such as milk, cream, and butter
  • Assist in food delivery, ensuring that dishes reach the correct guests without confusion
  • Oversee the cleanliness of your designated area, ensuring all materials and spaces are tidy and organized
  • Manage waste disposal, including changing linen bags and recycling
  • Relay any guest feedback or comments to all servers to foster a positive and memorable dining experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to follow directions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Maintain a sense of professional urgency and momentum
