Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Blue Mountain Chuck Burger Inc. o/a Chuck Burger. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
- Gratuities: Competitive gratuities program.
- Employment Type: Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Language: English language required.
