Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Blue Mountain Chuck Burger Inc. o/a Chuck Burger. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into restaurant operations and performance.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet tight deadlines.
    • Stand for extended periods, maintaining a high level of physical stamina and endurance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
