Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service within our establishment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control, staff training, and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
