Job Title: Junior IT Specialist

At CrossSafety Holdings Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, networks, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and requests from users.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and security of IT systems and devices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and clients on IT-related matters.
  • Assist senior IT specialists in developing and implementing IT projects and policies.
  • Document and update IT procedures and records.
  • Maintain web pages, updates, or changes, including ERP content support.
  • Manage marketing initiatives promoting business marketing campaigns with MailChimp.
  • Maintain social media sites, such as LinkedIn branding pages.
  • Sourcing, ordering, and tracking all equipment.
  • Mobile technology user support and maintenance.
  • Research and evaluate new IT technologies and solutions.
  • Stay updated on IT trends and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a computer-related degree or at least 2 years of equivalent working experience.
  • Experience in using and troubleshooting Windows, IOS, Android systems, MS Office, including SharePoint, NetSuite, and SaaS services for website and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, offering support with accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with basic webpage design tools, such as Squarespace, WordPress, and search optimization tools.
  • Basic design experience and knowledge of Workspace ONE is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
