We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Value Mobile. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
