Software Tester and Quality Assurance Specialist

At TECHNOVATE IT SOLUTIONS INC., we are seeking a skilled Software Tester and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and document software testing plans to ensure thorough and efficient testing of our software applications
* Install and configure software and hardware to prepare for testing, and execute and document test results
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software testing policies and procedures
* Utilize data analysis software and other tools to identify and report defects and areas for improvement

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Jenkins
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
