We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Todd Lalonde - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and accurate service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals and identifying new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals.
- Service and sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting service and sales goals.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual with strong integrity and ethics.
- OTL (Property & Casualty License) is preferred, with course and exam fees reimbursed after successful completion.
