Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team on a Permanent basis, working out of our Midland branch in Central Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering advice to help them make informed decisions
  • Create a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention
  • Write new business policies with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
  • Test new sales strategies, techniques, and processes while providing feedback
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • RIBO license
