About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Third Power Training Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies and managing job postings.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Information Management: Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, including databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs and other productivity software.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
