Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Divine Xpressions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing daily operations, establishing policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Windows
