About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales Division to join our team at 2561255 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales division and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
